Every seam is part of the bigger picture.

Patterns for vehicle interiors and textile trim. Organise joining contours, material variants and manufacturing handover.

Matching pieces for complex interiors

Seat covers, trim and textile covers combine shape and construction. A clean 2D pattern makes joining contours and markers verifiable. The installation context determines whether the geometry actually fits.

Carry variants forward with control

A change of material can require different construction and adjusted allowances. Do not reuse an approved pattern for every variant without checking it. Record the material and manufacturing conditions associated with each revision.

From sample to manufacturing approval

Compare seam positions and joins on a physical sample. Then verify export with the target software and cutting process. Pattern software does not automatically provide industry-specific compliance evidence or certification.

  • Separate visible panels and material groups
  • Document approval revisions
  • Verify physical fit and data exchange
