Many layers. One consistent product.
A bag combines exterior panels, lining, reinforcement, tabs and closures. The pieces serve different purposes and use different materials. Clear identification helps prevent an overlooked layer when a design changes.
Derive variants deliberately
When depth or width changes, sides, base and joining edges need to agree. Define variable dimensions and check seam lengths at transitions. Small functional details such as zipper ends deserve the same attention as the outside shape.
A production set for each material
Create complete piece lists for each material group. Check quantities, mirrored pieces and visible texture direction. Test a complete prototype before turning the template into a recurring job.
- Assign shell, lining and reinforcement
- Compare joins and closure positions
- Check piece lists for completeness
